Wheatgerm Oil

This is a very rich & nourishing oil particularly good for dry, cracked & mature skin.  It is excellent for eczema, psoriasis and itchy skin as it improves the condition of itchy flaky skin. 

A must for mums to be - It is great for preventing stretch marks so use it to massage your tummy and thighs.  Massage wheatgerm oil into your perineum whilst you are pregnant and it will enable your perineum to stretch and so prevent tearing during labour.

Add 10% to any massage blends you make up in order to prolong their life and properties.  I use it on my face when I suffer from dryness or when my complexion is dull.  I add a few drops of rose and frankincense oil as this is really nourishing for the skin.
