To make a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our shop, and select the  items that you wish to buy and place them in your shopping basket.  When you have finished your shopping, click on "Checkout" where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to send out  the order.

We accept credit card payment, including Switch, Visa and Mastercard. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. You may provide your credit card information via phone or mail. Please do not send credit card details by e-mail.

Please make postal and international money orders or cheques payable to 'Justine DiCesare'  Postal payments are in United Kingdom currency only.

Should you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days of  receipt of the goods, and we will refund your money within 30 days of the safe return of the product in saleable condition. You will be liable for the cost of the return carriage.   A 10% handling charge will be applied if the cancellation is not the result of any action taken by Tranquility Aromatherapy or there not being a problem with the product.  We aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours, and to keep you informed throughout the process.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of your payment being "received" and the goods not being despatched will be subject to a 1.5% cancellation fee to cover our processing costs.

Should the product not be fit for purpose as described or if a mistake is made by Tranquility Aromatherapy we will replace the product or credit in full including the return postage cost.  Producst should not be returned to Tranquility Aromatherapy without first speaking to Tranquility Aromatherapy staff.


For orders shipped to the nominated shipping address that are returned to us as 'uncalled for'. To have the order resent you will be liable for paying the original postage costs again prior to the order being shipped out. If you decide to cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of carriage.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Shipping and Handling

Postage and shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order.  We are happy to post orders to a different address than that of your home address - please note that this does not apply for orders shipped to an international destination.

Most orders are posted using the Royal Mail or Interlink Expresss. This means that you are required to sign for your order at the point of delivery for orders over GBP25.00. 

Delivery Schedule

Most orders are delivered within 2 to 10 working days.  If an item is to be out of stock for a period of over 10 days, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order. 

Tax Charges

All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.

Tranquility Aromatherapy is not responsible for any local import duties on export orders. 

Data Protection Policy

Tranquility Aromatherapy do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Tranquility Aromatherapy is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users while providing the highest possible quality of service. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect the information you supply to us through enquiry and registration forms and every time you e-mail us. We also collect information automatically about your visit to our site. The information obtained in this way is only used in aggregate form and this aggregate information is used to build up marketing profiles aid strategic development and audit usage of the site. We do not send out any unsolicited marketing material to any of our customers.
