1 bottle each of the essential oils Lavender, Clary Sage & Benzoin to aid restful sleep.
Chose the essential oil that suits the reason you can't sleep
Benzoin - use when you just can’t switch off.
Clary Sage - use when you are anxious, angry or very stressed.Don’t use clary sage if you have to drive that evening, as it is a very deep relaxant. Also don’t drink as it causes nasty dreams.
Lavender - use when you are finding it hard to relax and drift off to sleep
How to Use....
Add 6 drops to a bath in the evening - this is very relaxing. Or put 2 drop onto a hanky under pillow to help you sleep. Or add 2 drops to massage oil. Or add 3-6 drops to a burner to relax you & promote sleep.
