Rosemary
Pain relieving, aids memory, cellulite and respiratory problems
If you need to be mentally alert, recall facts & information, rosemary is excellent. There is a line from Shakespeares Othello "Rosemary is for Remembrance". It clears the head and reduces mental fatigue, a must for exam time.
Rosemary is also an excellent pain relieving oil, if you wake up feeling stiff with pain a few drops of Rosemary in a bath is reviving and lessens painful, stiff muscles and joints. Use for Gout, arthritis, rheumatism and stiff over-worked muscles.
If you suffer with fluid retention or lymphatic congestion Rosemary oil is useful. Use for cellulite - massage into the thigh area or use it in the shower with a body brush.
Rosemary is invaluable for many digestive complaints, particularly if detoxification is required as with constipation, flatulence, liver congestion and food poisoning.
It is also very useful for any respiratory problems, it is very clearing if you suffer from sinus problems. I have seen people sniff Rosemary, making breathing easier and providing relief of blockages. This oil also prevents the spread of infectious diseases, simply make a room spray of 30 drops in a spray bottle of water and spray around the room.
Rosemary is also a traditional ingredient of hair care preparations to encourage growth and relieve dandruff.
