A blend of Lavender, Marjoram, Chamomile & Black Pepper to help soothe aching muscles.

This massage oil can be used for arthritis, rheumatism, sciatica, neck pain and general aches and pains.  Apply every evening gently over the affected area.  If the pain is very bad apply again in the morning and top up during the day if needed.  

If you play sport regularly and suffer with aches and pains this really helps. 

Use for restless legs, were you have uncontrolled twitches in legs, the oils really are calming. If you suffer from cramps then the anti spasmodic i.e. relieves the spasms in the muscle.
