Lemongrass Essential Oil for Aromatherapy

This oil has a stimulating, reviving and energising effect on the body and mind.  It lifts the spirits and relieves fatigue.  It is useful in keeping insects at bay and is an effective household deodorant.

If you are hoovering put a few drops of lemongrass onto a piece of kitchen roll and place it into your hoover bag, so when you hoover you will release a lovely aroma which is great for getting rid of unwanted smells and doggy smells.
