Ginger

Excellent for digestive problems especially alleviating seasickness, other types of travel sickness and nausea. 

Simply put a few drops onto a hanky and inhale, also a drop mixed with a little vegetable oil rubbed onto the abdomen also helps.  Can also be useful for diarrhoea and catarrh.

Can be useful in treating disorders aggravated by damp such as rheumatism. A good oil for improving the circulation and providing effective pain relief for arthritis and rheumatic conditions. 

A warming and uplifting oil which aids concentration and memory and helps counteract indifference, apathy and lethargy.
