Cedarwood

Used for Stress, Coughs, Acne, Cystitis, Dandruff.

This is for you if  you are tense or anxious, it instills a feeling of calm.  If you feel stressed in the evening this is a wonderful choice for the oil burner to relax you.  It can also be useful for aiding meditation.

If you suffer with coughs, bronchitis and asthma this oil is very good at breaking up and expelling mucous.

If you have oily skin or acne, cedarwood is useful as it is a good antiseptic.  It is particularly good for teenage boys as it has a woody masculine smell. 

For the treatment of Eczema, Dermatitis, Ulcers or Fungal infections add 1- 2 drops to a cream or carrier oil and apply to the affected area.

Cedarwood can be very effective for dandruff, add 1-2 drops to your normal shampoo when washing your hair.

If you are troubled by Cystitis or Urine infections add 4-6 drops with a tablespoon of a carrier (oil or milk) to your bath.

Add a few drops of Cedarwood to a tissue and place in your wardrobe to deter moths.
